I died a few times…but I'll be back for more.
This workout wasn't too difficult for me which I am happy about because it means I am getting stronger! (That or not working hard enough lol) But it was a lot of fun and even though I didn't hate the world while doing it like I usually do in my difficult workouts, I am still gonna be sore tomorrow 😀
That final oblique & my legs felt like lead. I hated that workout but loved it too. Now for a cool down which I'll welcome.

Great channel – just a visual feedback, a blue t-shirt with a same-coloured blue mat does not give a clear visual contrast. So not so easy to see the movements. If you remake this videos, try a different colour scheme.

I never get tired until narrator says "if you get too tired you can; if still too hard you can…"
this workout doesn't do anything: you can't spot reduce belly fat with cardio and core work, the only way to burn fat is to go on a caloric deficit. this workout doesn't do anything to help like most of their workouts and they just make you tired.

Reading the comments is so motivating. I got halfway through and had to take a break because my hips were killing me and I could barely lift my body from the floor to do the exercises. Just gotta keep going
