I replaced those straight leg butt kicks with ' side leg raises ' coz I wanted to feel it in my outer thigh and also, I wanted to see my progress 😄 .

Stretch to avoid injury and lessen DOMS delayed onset muscle soreness. Stretch to elongate muscles rather than bulk. "Being flexible is pretty cool"? 🙄
