Hi fitnessblender! I just brought your ebook (fat loss program) and had a question about this particular exercise: What can we do if a ball is not available? :/ I really cannot afford one right now as I'm not working this summer and trying to keep a low budget! Is there another way to do this exercise without the ball? thanks!.

Funny, it has been out over 5 years and only about 174 folks tried it! I see why! MAN! I had to MODIFY those stability ball moves, mercy! LOL!

I love you guys and what you do, but this is damn near impossible to do. It's not even "give it a shot you might get tired" impossible, it's "there's no way at all". I can't even balance on the ball, let alone reach out with an arm or a leg. Would love it if you updated this video to have an easier alternative.
Amazing!! I still cannot do more than simply kneel on the physioball, but this is really helping me regain my balance after an injury. Thank you!
I have recently started trying to work on my balance and have gotten annoyed because nothing really feels difficult. I have always had good balance even while pregnant but I wanted to get better! This video is exactly the sort of thing that I was looking for! It took me a little while to find my balance on the ball but after I got it, the workout was challenging and rewarding. Thank you!

Day 12, I was looking at what i am gonna get tomorrow and just wanted to try the first exercise. I think I have no balance at all. Let's see what i am gonna do tomorrow. i am playing big and choosing the hardest out of 3 optional exercises for tomorrow.
Hey guys! I came up with a few modifications for all the exercises with the physio ball 🙂
Instead of the Supermans you can try and put your hands on the ground while keeping your knees on the ball and do the exercise in this plank position.
And while Daniel does the Rotations on the ball, you could try to either just balance on it or do torso twists.
I hope this helped some of you to build your balance up to these difficult moves.
