i have a question,,, Daniel workout videos are for men only? because i died at the first 5 min…
I liked the two first rounds (they were killers), but for a level 5 video, I thought the moves in the third and fourth round were too easy to make for only 20 seconds (I would have prefered 40). So it wasn't the hardest, but I still had a good sweat!

This is what I'm supposed to do today and I want to cry because it's too difficult for me and, I wish I was dead so I wouldn't have to do anything, I wouldn't exist and I wouldn't be depressed.

Not my favorite workout per say because a warm up and a cool down wasn't included and to be fair most of us cannot do the hanging leg bit or at least I couldn't…I also personally enjoy the workouts where there's constant chitter chatter because it helps me focus.
That first set… was… something else. Man, this was such a struggle to get through. Nothing like a very intense cardio workout to remind myself to stop skipping cardio day :')
Oh, brother, that was hard. I hate HIIT (most times) but that wasn't going to give me a cardiac. Thanks this starts my afternoon off.

Just now looking at this video for the first time. I'm going to try these 15 exercises, for 4-5 cycles, 30sec each. I expect that it will be a good workout.
