Someone told me we dont really need to do any internal rotation since we usually do it in chest flys and other exercises. Is this true?

I have a right shoulder problem so doing this is part of my advised physiotherapy at the moment which I've been doing for approx 3 weeks now. Glad to see you do this type of training & so will my therapist.

When i do lateral external rotation, my left shoulder very painful exactly when move from top to front and my bones sound like a "klek", and that is painful.
Not rotator exercise side to side (horizontal line).
Anyone give solution for to fix that ?

Hey great video. Just a few question, for competitive archery how many times a week should one do this workout?
Also, should one rest between the exercises like for eg work both arms out with the same movement and then rest for a few seconds or do the full 14 minute workout with no breaks? Thank you
