Don't eat for atleast 2-3 hours BEFORE doing this workout !! I definitely made that mistake 🤢

Wow I just tried these. They were hardddd 😣 great exercises definitely could feel it. I couldn't get the kicks and for the roll out had to cheat a little and go on my knees as opposed to full plank but hopefully I'll get there !

These are hard!!! I couldn't get the whole range of motion, but I kept going. Today is the first day I am using an exercise ball. It is tuff and can be fun. Thanks guys

Peoeple if you have problems balancing with this ball try and put your feet against a wall (when you do not need to use them in another way) it will help you stay stable untill you have more experience and no longer need it 😉

Whew… I’ve had this ball for a few months, but I’ve been doing workouts on it(so i thought!) UNTIL I came across this video. I was sweating and swearing 6 minutes into the video 😆. But i pushed through and completed it.

Tip: pause the video if you have to because he doesn’t offer any rest periods 🤣
