I love this quick ab workout! But you didn't make it up. I first learned this in soccer practice when I was little. It was probably around for a lot longer before that too. Anyway, thanks for reuniting me with the moves.

There are many components to plans for developing a six pack at home. One resource I found that successfully combines these is the Toms Magic Shortcut (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the most useful blueprint i've seen. look at the incredible info .

Managed to get through the whole WO, and I think I have 6pack, well not me but my intestines do because they were doing funny voices throughout the WO 😂😂😂

I'm 11 years old and I'm doing this workout and these are my notes:
1st time: Don't see a difference feel my abs starting to make a difference and i didn't sweat at all although i feel tired already.
2nd time: Barely see a difference i sweat a bit and feel like i might pass out.
3rd time: same difference as the second time I sweat at decent amount. Two more times to go!
4th time: Barely went down compared to before im not going to do it another time cuz i dont think i will have abs by then. i am 1 inch away from a flat belly.
I will do it for a week more though I"ll update those who are reading this in a week
10/10 f$ck this hurts my lower abs like crazy
