में ५२ वर्ष की महिला हूँ मेने आपका प्रोग्राम बहुत से देखे काफी अच्छे लगे।
मैडम में एक साधारण महिला हूँ , आर्थिक परिस्थिति अच्छी न होने क कारण में आप से आके मिलने में असमर्थ हूँ क्या आप मेरी मदद कर सकती हे। बात ये हे की में डांस टीचर थी। अब में ये जॉब नहीं कर सकती हूँ घर के काम बहुत रहते हे ,दूसरा ये की मेरे पेट पर और हिप्स पर काफी चर्बी जम रहीहै , में morning walk भी करती हूँ exercises और योगा भी करती हू. फिर भी मेरा वजन कम नहीं हो रहा है ,खाना भी ज्यादा नहीं खाती हूँ । 😪
खाने का समय सुबह १० और शाम ६ से ७ के करीब खाती हूँ। मीठा भी नहीं खाती हूँ। मेरा lifestyl भी ठीक हे। जल्दी सोना जल्दी उठना ,आलस नहीं किसी भी काम के लिए.कोई नौकर नहीं सारा काम में ही करती हूँ।
अब आप बताइये मुझे डाइड केसी लेनी होगी ,यानी में veg and non veg दोनों हूँ। पर ज्यादा नहीं हफ्ते में एक बार चिकान या मटन लेते हे ,और एक या दो बार अंडा। फल भी लेती हूँ दूध भी लेती हूँ। सूखे मेवे नहीं ले पाती हूँ।
ये सारी चीजे मुझे लेनी चाहिए या नहीं और अगर लेना हे तो कितनी और कब कब.
कृपया करके मुझे एक सिंपल डाइड चार्ट बता सकती हो क्या मैडम। daily के लिए।
१. मेरा वजन ७५ kg .
२. उचाई ५.५
३. सरवाइकल , कमरदर्द ,फिस्टूला आदि तकलीफ हे। .. exercise करती हूँ तबतक ठीक रहती हूँ
शुगर नहीं ,आँखो की तकलीफ नहीं।
अब मुझे साधारण सा रोज क्या और कितना खाना हे कृपया बताइये। चिकन,मटन, अण्डा
और दूध ,घी लेना चाहिए या नहीं। please help me madam

I’m a 35-yr old wife and mother of four. I recently joined a weight-loss challenge with a friend and it is what got me started on your videos. I’m 5’5” 125 pounds, but “skinny fat” so need work on my muscle tone and some fat loss. I have been exercising daily with your videos since April 7. I realize that’s not a terribly long time, but…for me the consistency is huge! I have had little success when joining a gym because I find it hard to get myself there or fit the scheduled classes into my schedule. I’ve probably never gone to a gym for more than 5 straight days in my life! What I love about your videos: great trainers – truly, exercises that make me sweat, visually “clean” and calm setting, the calorie bar! Body-weight exercises, the huge vid library to choose from and more! I could go on, but… 🙂 I guess what I’m trying to say is thank you for all your love and work put into these videos. Started utilizing your workout routines in 2014 then stopped a little but started back up again in 2017. Now your various HITT workouts are my go-to workouts when I am not running. Training for the marathon in Jamaica and those HIIT workouts have been a godsend. Thank you for helping me push on to the next level.

This is so cute!!! ♥️♥️♥️ I’ve been a fan since 2016! Thank you so much Kelli and Daniel. I was diagnosed with Endometriosis and just had my operation (cyst removal) a couple of years ago and the doctor said there was no cure, the only thing I can do is lifestyle change. I started working out at home and eating healthy, using your videos as a guide and it really changed my life! I loved working out with you because you guys are so real. I tried watching other exercise videos but I keep coming back to Fitness Blenders. You are my OGs. It’s the first time I watched this and I just want to thank you. You guys are my only internet crush! I've been doing your workouts since 2014. I had had anorexia prior 2014, and by the time I started doing your workouts it had progressed into bulimia. I had some really depressing months because of my eating disorder, but despite my depression, I tried to squeeze in some FB workouts into my schedule once in a while. Fast forward today – thanks to you guys, I've been binge-free for the last 2 years!
I am so inspired by both of you and your vision. I am from Malaysia and I am based in Minnesota. I am promoting your fitness videos to many of my friends, students, coaches in Malaysia. I stopped going to the gym after i found this channel because its better. it caters for all fitness levels. I was able to workout even after c-section. I like that when my life get too busy i am still able to workout with your 10 -20 minute video. I am always referring people to your channel. Keep up the Excellent work!!
