love the exercises but I really wish you guys would say what muscle i should most feel the workout/stretch in . Even showing a picture of the body, with the targeted muscle highlighted-for a few seconds after the exercise starts, would really help me get a better feel for the exercise/stretches.

I vote for more videos with these types of exercises! Maybe in the newer format/style/pattern? I like working the less-used muscles. I especially enjoyed the side leg raise extensions. This routine is harder than it looks!

This workout was so hard for me to follow in some parts because I felt like my legs were giving out. I don't know if this is normal? I need advice on how to feel energetic before a workout and not get tired in the middle of a repetition.

I think I almost wish I went for the squat option after this xD The bridges were difficult exercises for me and I really felt the burn… But this was a good workout for me! Not my best because I had to take lots of breaks but I think it will be a challenge for me to try this one again in the future.
