Great workout! There was a little bit too much Rest and Talking but it is easy to keep moving if you don't need to rest for quite so long.

Good workout but I bit poorly planned- I definitely think the 3 push up/plank type moves were too close together

The moves in this workout are good. But this instructor is incredibly annoying- from the hair to the incessant talking through every second of the workout. I had to mute this after 5 mins. Dealing with this dude loving his own voice for 40 mins is harder than the workout itself
