I do enjoy your content usually, but please stop spreading misinformation about exercise – no stretch in the world will add length to your legs, neither bones nor muscle tissue.
Can 10 year olds do these workouts
I'm glad you posted this, as a runner I find the back of my legs can be quite tight, I'm hoping this will help to stretch those muscles xxx
