Dear popsugar trainer host @Anna Rendered sorry for spell mitake.
but can u plz make a serries of different excerses jst to train ppl like us who r new. like I heard about plank, lunges, plank dip, squate variations, pushup n all crunch exercises. I really hv trust on you alot, bkz u really train in such a safe mood that v dnt get any injury.
I want to decrease my waist, inner thigh, love handles, calf n breast muscles.
