Magnificent sequence, thank you! 🙏
Good workout, I just hoped that the advertisements were not popping up randomly during the workout.
Превосходный комплекс! Спасибо, супер!

Celebrity trainer??? If I am train a doctor so I called a doctor trainer 😁😁😁
This is such a good workout, we love "sculp'd"-ing our bodies through pilates!
Sono anch’io un Istruttore, Mi piace questa lezione! Complimenti
Sardines salad 🥗 after Pilates 😍
Been doing this workout every day for 2 months! Such great pacing, super fun routine! I'm am now officially into pilates XD
This routine has helped me a lot with my lower back pain (I sit in front of the computer for at least 8hrs, 5x a week). I would agree that at first the instructions might be a little confusing, but I also love how she explains things, and which part of your body should be feeling the workout. I felt the improvement on my back after doing this for just 4x a week for 2 weeks. Thanks a lot for uploading this! Anyone else here have the same experience?
I love this workout and never get tired of it!
great workout!
Thank you. It was great workout!!
It's superb ❤️
I enjoy this class. Thank you
Having done some yoga videos before this I didn't have any problems understanding the terms used, I thought everything was perfectly clear. Maybe this is a video not so much for beginners but intermediate?

I am obese and i get really tired when i do cardio. In my mind i think that if i do cardio, i will lose more fat. Is pilates great for me to start to lose belly and body fat? Belly fat is what i want to lose mostly.
I don't have too much fat, just thinking about excercizing, don't even know if i would actually do it
Good for body
This has been so good for my back. Thank you.
12:55 thanx =)
Some of the moves were hard to follow, but overall I found this challenging but doable!
She made me fall in love with Pilates and I found out she kicked cancers butt recently ! She is so strong and inspirational!
Still one of my favorites 😉 Quick and intense! Thank you 😉
I really love it!!!!! I want more! Thank you very much
I acknowledge your free video but could the advertisement not jump in between the video.
Thank you! It was very challenging yet fun
Sorry, but this workout is for like people who do not workout.
I wouldn't do this workout again. My shoulders starting hurting at the first plank sequence and are still hurting a day later. I don't think the warm up is sufficient enough to avoid injury.
I really enjoyed this workout! I've been trying to do a switch between pilates and cardio during my week and this workout was perfect!
I really appreciate that u sharing this workout with us XOXO
My favourite if you want to do toning core and not be totally out of it after. Lovely, at least once a week! Greeetings from holland
