Can we start off using our own bodyweight? Will the workout still be effective?
Awesome! Didn't know those excercises!
I used 5-10 pounds and my shoulders were really feeling it the next day! It felt so strange using lighter weights but I couldn't lift anymore keeping proper form and that my shoulders were sore the next day tells me it was a good workout! Thanks again for all your awesome videos!

first time I did this I used 2 and 3 kg dumbbells, here I am a year later using 4-5 kgs 🙂
