hey m happy u really fullfill my request. now a days common prob is double chin, face contour exercise, bulg bra, back muscle n calf muscles.
particularly make a series for hypothyroidism weight loss .

Jiggle Tamer lol! I could definitely use this! I love her workout videos the most. She is so motivating. I do her 15 minute workout everyday to get warmed up! Nice!

Anna, you are like the angel of fitness, full of light and energy, always positive, always smiling, so relatable and close, not interested in showing off a body or just look perfect for the camera, but focused on the moves and the exercises and how to explain them well to us so we can learn them correctly. I follow many fitness channels, and lots of them are too sexualized, so many close ups of female boobs and butts in little clothes, and it's fine (for men, maybe) but I want to see the exercises!! That's why I always end up coming here to find new moves to spice up my workout. I agree with everyone, you are amazing, awesome and great! My best regards from South America.
