I like these videos because they constantly remind you to breath and they give you time to hydrate. I think that is one of the reasons that I didn't feel rubbery after them

To get thru the workouts, I sometimes pretend I'm in a kungfu training montage and I'm about to kick the villain's ass on sight. They won't see me coming. Now squat jack burpee. Again! Again! Again! Keep breathing! Don't quit now! You've come too far! (Inserts dramatic kungfu movie music here) 😂😂 I swear I crack myself up.

Long time fan. Went from 130kg to 100. Ty Ty. If u find it apropriate please consider advising overweight ppl. not to do lots of HIIT/Cardio. Donno if it's just my case but i developed Chondromalacia in the knee, 5 years now and still not able to fix it. Anyways… enjoying the strength vids now.

I've been working out from home since june. Initially I started out with Chloe tings workouts which at the time, were very difficult for me. After few months her exercises felt monotonous and extremely easy. Thats when I found your page. You guys have amazing routines!! Although I have one suggestion. If you guys could upload a 1000 calorie workout only involving HIIT, that would be amazing
