Best set of home exercises for hamstrings I've found
That lady is incredibly fit and really executes those exercises quite well. This video inspried me to do 20 mins of quad and glutes today and wow, I feel great, my knees and hips aren't clicking at all. Piece by piece, the kinetic chain is coming together.

I really struggle with hamstring fat but no matter how much I exercise I still can't get rid of it. My diet is really clean and I am quite skinny… I don't understand. Anyone got results from this workout?
