Ive been doing this workout for a couple years now and it does work! I have like lower back fat and this gets rid of it. As well as doing a bunch of butt workouts too.

I always worked out my lower back in the gym with weighted extensions or deadlift. I tried this thinking it would be easy, boy, was I wrong. Really awesome lower back workout!

I like this workout, but the commentary is frustrating. His meaning of "just a few seconds left" is all over the place, sometimes more than 10 seconds.
my lower back is flat which is probably cause my spine is flat which probably has something to do with this, I'll let y'all know how my like idk progress goes or something if I remember

I don't understand why this is so underrated, their workouts are so good. I began my fitness journey with FB and now I've got to a point where I am really proud of myself. I'm not really all there but I'm consistent and getting to where I want to be. All in all, I love FB, you guys are the best.
Relax my lower back
I always thought dieting is expensive and 'healthy' food costs a lot. Little did I know. I got my diet plan from Agoge Diet and I was able to select foods that fit my budget.
The flares are putting me off 🥴🤣

Brief but effective! Perfect workout for me. Question: what does it indicate when you have trouble doing alternating arms/ legs? I’m still lifting same sides together sometimes and am wondering if my nerves are messed up, lol
Hello. My first workout with Fitness Blender.
Personally, I don't like gyms. They are so crowded and I can't do my workout there. I decided to take bodyweight training plan from "Agoge Diet". Training plan is great and I can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness goals.

This is a great video of lower back exercises! I can feel an imbalance in my mid/lower back. I'm doing my best to strengthen it.

Wow this is literally the first back workout I liked in my whole life definitely doing it more often and checking out the rest of the workouts! It’s actually not to hard for me surprisingly and I like that it has a countdown and moves quickly to the next exercise
After only 3 days I could lay in bed and my back did not hurt! I continued on and my back and shoulders feel great! Thank you so much for this quick workout!
