I got to the swimming one at the end and found it impossible to coordinate my arms and legs to move like that, opposite t each other. No idea how to get passed that :/ i have really poor coordination

their workouts just get better and better. no matter which workout u do, it's a garauntee that you're gonna lose weight. they do simple workouts that for some reason I could never think of. I love every1 of their videos!!!

it's mentally challenging. i suffer depression so it's VERY hard to even get up sometimes. but i could finally finish this workout and i'm so proud of myself

I loved everything about this workout but I think 100 seconds was too long at least for me. Also please include breathing reminders. It's so helpful when we're reminded when to inhale and exhale especially during a workout. Also the side planks are so difficult to master. Any tips?
