This is by far the best butt workout I’ve tried . Lots of pain but lots of gain. As a crossdresser I wanted a more feminine butt and this was the workout that got me there . Thankyou x

omg a killer but I did it!!
When I first started pilates a little more than a year ago, this was one of my first videos. I remember how much I SUFFERED! Now, I am STILL suffering, but I've pushed myself to use booty bands! I thought this workout was hard before.
