What do successful people do everyday before they start their day? Today I am going to share with you my morning routine and why I do the things I do. Every action that I take before I get to work helps me set the right tone for a strong, bright, and successful day! Making my bed, brushing my teeth, working out, making breakfast…all of these things have a meaning behind them!

drinking 4 cups of water in morning is most important habit, and making sure you eat the most protein at breakfast time!!! i like listening to upbeat music while im in the bathroom. i make herbal tea and do 5-10 mins of yoga stretch. also i call my best friend on way to work and we encourage each other with positivity before we both start our days and we notice that we are more giving and happy around our coworkers!

I prefer preparing my breakfast the night before so that I can sget my 8 hours sleep but still leave on time 🙂
Would love to re-instate some workout routine in the morning 🙂

My morning routine as a student 👨🏻‍🎓:
Wake up at 6:30 am
Brush teeth and do my skin care routine
Eat breakfast
Do a 6 minute workout
( I will do a 45 min workout once I am back from school)
And I go to school 25 mins early to read ( my school is so peaceful at that time because people wanna get in some extra sleep , duh 😂😂, but I love that 25 mins! I made some new friends because of it!!)

I do yoga almost immediately after I get out of bed. It helps me feel more centered as it uplifts my mood and gets me motivated to make other healthy choices. 🙂

Yeah. I want to do this but there's the sibling problems. I always have to wear uniform. (Hello. Middle School) and never can I ride a bike to school. Can't make my bed because my younger sister sleeps late and a total bed hog and won't wake up until 5 mins before the bus comes. Do you have a day like this. With siblings of course

my teacher told me it's better to brush your teeth before breakfast it is better because if you brush it after you actually have to wait 3 to 2 hours for the bacteria to build up and then brushing your teeth will just be useless

i would love too do a 30min workout in the morning but i just dont have time on a school day because i would hsve to get up at 5:30am and i wouldnt get emoough sleep

I am on day two of working out with the calendar in the morning and doing the 6 week body toning in the evenings. I had to stay two hours later at work today and I felt fine, still has enough oomph to come home, wash dishes do dinner and work out!

I have three smallish children and I can follow this to about washing the teeth (well considering the bed would contain a husband I doubt it would be a successful undertaking to make the bed. Plus, I usually let it air out for at least 30mins after we get up.) because as soon as I start moving about they all wake up and I have two of them staring and whining in front of me. Shower? Forget it. Slow breakfast with me-time? Hahahahahahahahaha!!
I guess I just won't be successful then. 😞

However I lovelovelove that kitchen couch! 😍 But again, the messy minions would make life real stressful with that. 😢
