One heck of a workout! You guys do such a great job – thanks for all the hard work. I want to purchase one of you programs but need to know if the different rounds are of different difficulties. Are they all the same or is Round 2 harder than Round 1 and Round 3 harder than Round 2?
Is this more a fat burning get ripped, or will you notice some bulk too
ME ENCANTAN LOS VIDEOS, LO MAS INTERESANTE ES QUE INDICAN QUE EJERCICIO SIGUE A CONTINUACION PARA LOS QUE NO TENEMOS BUEN INGLES

I love this workout!
I feel like this will only make me lose weight where i dont need to lose anymore weight. Too much cardio.
i think round 2 is easier as my mind is thinking about that five rounds instead of ten and that makes me more motivated to complete this even though both have the same amt of reps
Holy crap. I'm dead.

My fitness is above average I wasn't very tired after the workout but I did sweat quite alot and felt my heart pumping maybe if there were 5 more rounds now that would be killer! Thanks for the video!
