Hello 🙂 I have a question! So I’ve been doing these stretches nightly for just a week so far. The sitting hip flexor stretch hurts sooooo much and even makes me feel a little dizzy. Any idea why that might be happening? I’m a generally fit person, just lost a huge chunk of weight a few months ago and really been focusing on toning and stretching. Thanks!!

I have been doing these stretches for over a year now and I think this is my favorite. The moves I can do (bit tricky with the first ones) easy to memorize, the music, and the feeling I get afterwards, all amazing
