This was always one of my favorite videos when I first discovered Cassey. It was really cool to come back to it all this time later and crush it. I did get a little bit stronger!
Also, that music at the beginning went so hard, loved it. This whole vid was perfectly timed and synced up with all the moves and body transitions. You can literally feel the time, love and power put into it.
I love you girl, thank you for being alive on this planet at the same time as all of us. What a gift!
Sry that I have to say it. I really like you. But I dont like this video. I really dont get the structure of it. I also think that the moves are changing so quick. But I really enjoyed your motivating voice and it really gets me everytime.

Whoa! This was tough. In a good way.
After doing the 21 Day Challenge and then the 2 days after it on the January calendar, I realize I need completely different moves to stay motivated. I'm loving this one and the total abs! Can't wait to try all the other workout videos!
I will never understand how to do a rollover.
This is a good workout, but like 20 mins abs and only 5 for thighs and 5 for butt

That workout was MURDER! I didn't realize how weak my core really is. I got miles to go..
During the kicks, as Cassey said kick at what makes you angry. I couldn’t get angry because my dog at that moment decided to be really cute and kiss my face 😭
