I love your workouts but I found with this one I kept having to pause and rewind because there’s no pause between exercises 😔

Love this workout, it never gets old! This is one of the more challenging workouts I've done. Only complaint I have is that there is not enough time between moves to set up for the next move.

Sweating buckets right now! This is a great work out, my only complain is that you're cutting from an exercize to the other so fast, my brain can't even process what I'm supposed to do.
