So here’s a full 30 minute POP Pilates workout that will tone your arms, butt, abs, thighs, legs, back, and entire body! You don’t need any equipment and can do this workout ANYWHERE! Have fun!

Its 6:18 at night and I just finished this ouuucchhy lol
anyone else's elbows pop while doing cobra pushups?
I don’t if I am sick but today was a challenge to fight the fatigue and make myself do this.
How on earth do you hold yourself up with your arms so long??? I could actually do this workout if my arms could have a rest periodically.
What a killer but this routine felt good!
This was challenging to say the least. I look forward to being able to do it all without a break.
Get muscles like me, I got 7kg of lean muscle mass in two months only. I visited website called Agoge Diet, they provided me with 30 days diet meal plan and training plan. Their tips helped me to gain muscles as well.

Didnit with wrists and ankles weighted (a pound on each). Prayer pulse is always hard weighted, especially when it’s one of the last exercises!

Jumping back into working out after a rough first month of 2021. This was super difficult after taking a long break but I'm determined to build back up to it again!

It has been legit 5 years since I've had a spacious enough floor to do these kinds of workouts on, but after coming back to you now that I have my own apartment and a creaky knee, I realize I forgot how INTENSE your workouts are. And how much strength I've lost. X{ But I'll keep at it, you don't play around Cassie, and that's why I love you. ^_^
