Maam, i have one question. Do squats make our butt bigger? I mean i have fat near my butt area so i just want to burn it out for small butt. So is squats are helpful to make it smaller? Plz do rply mam. 😐

Hi Anna, wow! Thank you for bringing your pop sugar to my living room in the UK. I work full time but do them on days off or on weekends. I love them all especially the Milan boxercise class. I had to stop boxercise on impact classes few years ago because I broke my wrist and I have a weakness there, so this boxing without actually hitting on impact is fabulous for me and anyone else who loves the boxing workout but has wrist injuries. some floor exercises you do I cannot so I do a jumping jacks or small crunches whilst these are going on or I kneel in my arms instead of full weight on wrists. Thanks again love your energy inside and out 😀I have more confidence, care more about my body, total life changing classes!
I usually love these workouts, but this was an odd "mash-up"! I think the videos stand better on their own.
