For those who are curious, I'm 5'5 192 lbs and I burned 675 calories doing mostly christa's moves with a little modification and a few breaks 🙂 (without weights) on 6/11/21.
6/18/21: Today, I did it with weights, all the way up until 47:36 before I gave up! Maybe next time haha but I was exhausted… this time, I burned 466 active calories and 545 total calories.

I did the modifications and still burnt 319 which I was impressed with! Really love the format and the instructor’s form tips. Definitely do again another time. One of the few videos where I was grateful for ads 😂
