Whewwww, somebody help me!!!! This was SUCH a good workout! My first time for this one.. Look, I am in pretty good shape, but this had me shaking and breathing slightly heavier than normal. Question: How on earth are y'all talking throughout this whole thang???!! Definitely adding this to my repeat list, and another PoP SuGar… 😀

I love her workout but there was no organization and barely any counts I did not like not knowing when it was going to end or when I'm supposed to rest kind of all over the place
this was an OK workout. would have liked a little more intensity. 1 issue that really got on my nerves, was the lady in blue would not shut up. She was beyond annoying. I feel like she wanted to lead the class. it was a total distraction for me, her laughs and comments interrupted my concentration on the workout.

I’ve used this routine for the second time now. This time after my second pregnancy to reduce my tummy and abs. This time my tummy just shrank in 2 days. It’s really a wonderful workout. U sweat like crazy and burn in ur thighs but they get toned so quickly👍👍Thanku again
this workout had some nice moves, though it would be so much better if there were less comments from the instructor about 'beach body' and looking good for a summer bbq lol. lets enjoy working out rather than putting our bodies down!
