45-Minute Tabata Workout to Torch Calories | Class FitSugar – POPSUGAR Fitness

This 45-minute workout is one of our hardest, but Equinox Tabata instructor Raneir Pollard’s infectious energy will inspire you to push past your limits. Tabata is a form of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) that alternates between 20 seconds of intense bursts of work and 10 seconds of rest in four-minute rounds. You don’t need any equipment for the workout, but do grab a towel and a bottle of water — you’re going to need both!

The skiers give me whiplash and make me feel way too dizzy. I wish there was a modification listed for this exercise because I've noticed Ranier incorporates it often into Pop Sugar workouts

When they are talking it really does keep my mind off of the burn. lol I love all of Pop Sugar's workouts but I definitely get excited when Raneir is teaching. His work out designs are always creative and hit new areas of the body.

It's my first time trying a pop sugar workout Rainer I loved it you hyping and your jokes made me do this workout without taking breaks I was sweating soo badly I burnt 570 active cal and 675 total cal my heartbeat wouldn't go lower it stayed at 160-190 throught the video ima sweaty mess now I loved it
