I thought squatting was bad on knees?? I guess Mike is right..On point about the baby sits😎👍🏿
I thought Shawn was about to break his wrists!!!
Before I started lifting weights I based my body weight workouts around 25 rep sets of squats….and just kept adding reps and sets…. definitely adds to your ever all strength…started lifting weights and just learned I can squat every day….
Uhm good squatting form but the spot wasnt that good he should’ve been under him

Showing these squat vids to my teen because when we go to the gym he says, "every day Mom?"
Me: Squats are the foundation. 🏋🏿♀️🏋🏼♂️
6:56 The way he looked at you after you called the shoes stupid. 😭
Really good advice here squatting is not bad for your knees because of the type of exercise it is with proper form however you have different variations of the squat that strengthens your quadriceps and your glutes and if you have knee issues once you strengthen your quads your knee pain will decrease you strengthen the quads more with front squats you strengthen the predominantly with back squats but the quads come into play along with the hamstrings and every other muscle in your body
Been listening to your podcast while running in my neighborhood. And I always been a “no excuse, go hard resilience work out kind of guy. Im 21 and i was losing my fire these couple months but watching and hearing you giving me that fire a stabilizer that i need mentally, thank you Mike💯💪🏾
Yo my man Mike you know those can't be the best squatting shoes. I had the same thing happen to me recently with my Jordan runners. I almost lost it but I'm glad the weight wasn't too heavy.
Been avoiding squats and focusing on the leg press but I’m going to start back with squats. My lower body desperately needs it!
