ok so for people who are looking to se if it works YES it does i did this for about 3 months and i have seen results i lost about 11lbs and i was eating a little better but this is the only workout i did for those 3 months and my belly is flatter than before. i was 120 now i am 109 (i’m 13) and before i started i was over weight and i had belly fat now i look much better i will say tho for the first 2 weeks it was really hard for me but after doing it i’m so good at it! this really helps keep with it i know you can do it !!! ❤️

I try to do different ab routines every day, but this video is in my heavy rotation. I always finish this routine feeling the burn but smiling because Raneir just brings such good energy.

Liked it. My only problem was my back hurt a lot while foing bycikle or anything i need have legs in air for long.
But still i got sweat on my face and had fun doing it. I did tsbata back then but i tryed little weight lifting and running . . But for me i lose pretty good weight but my belly dont look best . And push ups are amazing. They change my chest to normal from those man boobs and get my arms and bacj little bigger. I do them everyday 10-20 every time , like before to sleep or before going to wc or make dinner , just do them .
Me, 5minutes in: "toned abs are overrated anyway". 😩😅

Hi I am new here. I am mother of 3 all with cesarean. I have 1 problem which is my tummy especially upeer tummy because I have fatty liver. I only want to reduce my tummy. Is that the right exercise for tummy? Please help me.

ive been doing this workout for one and a half years (since the pandemic) everyday cuz my mother is a fan of Raneir and had been forcing me to do this.(hahaha), quite intensive, but interesting workout. Hopefully you could produce more videos of short exercises.
