I started this workout two weeks ago! The first week I didn't think I could do, but I did and it was awesome! It'll be week two tomorrow! I've been doing this workout everyday and I am see amazing results!! Thank you!!
Update: its in the middle of September and I've done this exercise almost everyday a long with healthy eating. I've lost 20 pounds altogether. I see a lot of complaints from some viewers about David talking a lot. I needed that break in the beginning, I do ab exercises in between because I want to target my abdomen more. I must say I still sweat pretty hard I still have to do half of the modifiers!
The actual workout was fantastic! Without a doubt I break a sweat everytime and always feel my muscles really working

No son malos ejercicios, para nada, pero no me gustó. Igual el canal tiene un montón para elegir y depende de cada uno encontrar entrenamientos que le gusten.
This workout is great, I use a 17.5lb dumbbell and a 22.5lb dumbbell and on some exercises I go quicker and/or longer which really kicks my butt, try modifying it if you think it is too easy, you are probably not pushing yourself, increasing or having great technique if you think this workout sucks.

I have always thought that dieting is eating only green vegetables and drinking water. Agoge Diet proved me wrong. I am eating delicious and nutritionally rich food and still reaching my fitness goals.
