I love workouts that have warm up and cool downs. I workout first thing in the morning and I always appreciate warming up my muscles before getting into it. This is one of my favorite workouts, it makes me sweat and it's enjoyable. Thanks Danielle!

Totally love this. I didn't want to do it – but its hit every muscle in my legs & thighs and amazing alternative movements for those struggling. Genius workout & 'real' presenters with a connection on set.

Thanks for this. I have dyspraxia so finding workouts that work for me is really difficult. It has brought me to tears before because I just can't quite manage the exercises, which ends up making me feel like a failure. I just want to be able to keep fit, so finding this makes me really happy. Not only are there a ton of variation options here but I didn't feel bad when I wasn't able to do something. I did struggle a bit and didn't push as much as I could have because I have to take these a lot slower than most, but it got my heart beating which is all I need. I also didn't injure myself like I normally end up doing, aside from hurting my knee a bit cos of my bad form. Thanks!

I did this workout in combination with the “35-Minute Nike HIIT workout” from Popsugar and burned 570kcals, absolutely loved the combo, very challenging (especially on the legs) but super worth it.
For reference: I’m 162cm x 57kg (23y/o) and my heart rate during the two workouts averaged at 134bpm
Great workout, but the many ads ruined it for me – running every few minutes so I had to stop and click often, even during stretching.
This session is an oldie but goodie!!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥 I’m full of energy the blood is flowing through my body and I’m exited to conquer my day! Thank you so much!🔥🔥🔥
I've followed Danielle on instagram for over a year and she has some of the best workouts! I just discovered this one last week and it's one my new favorites. Great combination of strength training and cardio and a great length. Love it!
