I almost gave up on this workout but pushed through because I didn’t feel like finding a different one. I have to say the fact that the entire video is off beat was extremely distracting!!!! What’s the point in music if it doesn’t match the timing of the combos??? Can’t say I’ll be doing it again.

If you wanna lose weight this workout is for you!! I lost 4 kilos within a month doing this exercise 5 days a week. I went from 63,8 to 59,5 , my belly fat is almost gone and my stomach had never been this flat!
Was not sure how accurate the calorie burn was going to be, but it was pretty spot on. Wore my heart rate monitor and burned 476 calories in 50 minutes. I am 5'7" and about 150-155lbs. I typically live at 7,000ft elevation gain, and consider my self to be in pretty great shape (skiing, hiking, running, HIIT, strength training etc.) and did this at 850 ft. above sea level. Looking forward to doing it at 7k ft.
