I appreciate your ten minutes videos. I have a three year old and a one year old, so my time is very limited. But thanks to your ten minutes videos I can get a little exercise in. Thank you.
I do the warm up first but I can't seem to finish not even the 8 min videos last time I did I injured my back.. What videos do you think I should try out first before going for the extending ones? I wanna loose about 40 pounds by December. I started my diet about a week ago (fruits vegetables and snacks)

The most amazing ten minute work out ever!
i am absolutely addicted to your short workouts! I do one whenever I have a spare moment and it can sometimes add up to more than two hours of exercise a day! That's a lot of time in a hectic schedule, but this way I can easily squeeze my workouts in! Thank you soooo much Fitness Blender!

I left it all on the mat after this. I only started working out (for the first time in 15 years) last week. I can't begin to say what a great workout this blender was.
I feel like it was out of my comfort level; which is what I really needed.

I love this 1 but when I tried to do it everyday, the seesaw workout began to hurt my wrist because ur holding ur body up as u kick ur feet together! I still enjoy it tho!
