45 min in and I feel like my spirit levitated out of my physical body. It's a surreal feeling and I will say it feels amazing. I will continue the rest tomorrow and will slay the entire work out soon. Let's do this!

I've been working out with FB for over a year and I've never reached 1000 calories. I did all the exercises, no modifications, and ended up soaking wet but my watch marked less than 500 calories. I've seen the changes in my body but I'd like to know how much I'm really burning.
I have no shame saying that I skipped the burpees.
I've tried a few of the 1000 series on Fitness Blender and I just did this. Woah, this was unexpectedly intense! It felt super good!! I saw someone commented that they did the abs portion last instead, which is in line with the newer 1000 series workouts format that I'm used to as well. So I did the same and omg, my hands were trembling so bad during T Stabilization Reaches. 😂 I'll need to reconsider whether to do the abs portion first or last next time. 😅 Thank you so much as usual!
