I agree with comments about way too much talking and not enough working out. I appreciate all the workouts Popsugar offers, though. It'd be good if this one was labeled beginner or something like that which would help guide everyone to the workout that fits their needs.

This is such a nice workout for days when you want to get a little sweat but also not go crazy. Would love more workouts from Corinne showing some of their other workouts like SHAKTIHIIT.

This is my absolutely favorite online workout class. Can you recommend others of similar length and difficulty? Thanks.
The good thing about barre and yoga is that you can do small simple moves and sequences and really feel challenge physically and mentally. Here each move lasts only a few seconds and there’s no flow between any move not to mention we kept jumping from different muscles after only one move (again that only lasted a few seconds) so no part of my body got a real workout. Plus there’s SO much talking and pausing you can never fully relax, focus and workout. So much time wasted talking and explaining and not enough time actually doing. I’m surprised anyone actually enjoyed this
This video has ads in the middle of it, and that sucks for a workout video. You could really hurt yourself with ads in the middle of workout. Too bad, it seemed like a good workout.
