This was a deceptively effective workout. Great trainer.
I have done a lot of PopSugar workout routines, this is my absolute favorite! Not too hard that I can’t follow, but hard enough to make me sweat
The only slightly challenging segment was the last one.

I liked it. I just wish she didn't seem so confused all of the time and I wish she'd let you know when to switch sides or switch moves. Especially on things where you aren't looking right at your screen.

Hey guys! I'm your regular online client doing especially those toning workouts and I just wanted to inquire if the 30 min toning workouts are enough for me. My standard exercise routine lasts 45 mind (for toning at least) and when it comes to cardio, 30 mind to an hour. Knowing this, could u tell me if a 30 min toning routine is in my favor?

BEST WORKOUT EVERRRRR! I loved how calm Kim was because in while other workout instructors are super hyped and fun and all, she was cool and calm and it helped get me through some of those more challenging (or how I like to say, fun) moves! For every single move, I was happy they were over but even happier that they happened 🙂 loved this workout and these instructors <3
Clear instructions, pleasant voice and none of that "come oooon, guys, whoooooop!" nonsense that you get from some trainers. Also, a very good workout with some unusual exercises. Thank you very much!

This workout is amazing but if I had known how many ads there would have been I would have skipped it. I understand having ads before a workout and before the cool down but constant interruptions massively disturb the flow. There have been 4 ads so far and we’re only halfway through the workout :/
