INSANE Butt Blaster | Home Workout for a Lifted Booty – blogilates

To be honest, I wrote out this workout before trying it and OMG guys I was DYING!!! My butt and my hamstrings were on fire and I could barely move! All from drawing shapes with my booty!

Today we’re going to draw 4 different shapes with our butts: triangle, circle, U, and I. All these different motions will force our entire backside to be challenged. Now do this with me…can you make it through without stopping?

Here are the exercises:

– Triangle Butt
– Circle Butt
– U Butt
– I Butt

I did this with No Breaks!!!😜
I have no idea how I wad able to accomplish that after using ankle weights for today's other videos. I took them off for this one lol. But still did it no problem 😄
