It’s time to tone your inner thighs, outer thighs, booty and legs with my leg workout challenge to Charlie Puth’s song, “How Long”! I’ve included some never before seen leg exercises that will not only sculpt your thighs tight and strong, but it will also help lift your butt!

I love working my legs because they help take me places – you need your legs to move – to travel – to squat – to lunge – to do everything! These exercises will help strengthen your lower body so that you can easily walk up the stairs and power through all of your workouts with ease!

No one tell if this workout work so I'm gonna do this and tell if it works
I'm gonna do this for 2 weeks I gonna tell the differences but not everyday so see you in 2 weeks Wish me luck ^-^ (and yes I'm always say gonna tell but it's not my fault my logic tell me to do like that okayyy😔😂😂)
