I just finished doing this workout and I am in love! It was challenging but the moves were not complicated or hard to do which I really love. I will be adding this workout to my workout rotation to do it again and again in the future. Please do more workout with booty bands, thank you. Happy holidays everyone!! Bootcamp? This was one of the worse workouts I have ever done… Stretching before warming up, endless explanations, very bad exercise alignement, big muscles groups were only worked on with too few repetitions…. Sorry but this was a waste of time…

Definitely a beginner workout. I kept wondering when we were going to get started… I did like the resistance bands, and the exercises we're good but could have used a lot more intensity. I like to be challenged!
Really disappointed, too much of a beginner workout and feel like i just wasted 45 minutes and need to do another one. She took way too long to describe everything and finally when i started breaking abit of a sweat with the burpees if was yet another break.
Nothing about this is a bootcamp workout. It's very beginner and the "main" exercise doesn't start until 30 minutes in. It should be labeled as "glutes toning". Disappointing.

IMO this is mislabeled. Would hardly call it a 'boot camp'.
I chose this workout today for 2 reasons listed in the title; 45 minutes and Boot Camp. This workout is neither of those. I was so bored and barely broke a sweat. Too much time spent on explaining every exercise. Most people looking for a long Boot camp workout are familiar with most moves and can follow quickly. I agree with other commentenrs below that this should have been called A Beginners Toning workout. Too bad the title was never changed and I wasted 45 minutes.
I am thankful for this free content and love pop sugar workouts but the title needs to be changed. Very disappointed.
The transition between exercises is way too slow, felt like she was making things up on the spot. Was still cold by the end of the 50 minutes. First 20 minutes are a complete waste of time. No flow are continuity to the exercises. Bothers me when instructors on videos don't use "right and left" from the viewers perspective. It is so easy to just mirror what you are saying so that it is easy to follow. Will not be doing again.

At first I thought this workout would be easy. Than I started the band moves… definitely a challenge. A challenge I going to hopefully master!! 😊💪
