2 years later, I tried this workout using the old Blogilates toning ring instead of a pillow. Definitely more difficult.
If my feet let the pillow slip and let it land on my head, does it count as a pillow fight? Cause that would be my first😂😂😂

Day 22 of the Beginner's Calendar is complete! This video was a lie, it was not a lazy day workout. This felt like a painful and difficult main workout. I was not expecting that when I started the video. Now I feel like going back to sleep.
