my legs are swollen and sweat have bursted out…I felt the effect in my legs and triceps.Better to do this 3 times in a row. Thumbs up to this!

every workout video has burpees!…i HATE burpees…my body probably loves them but i dont like doing them -_-

Have you experienced Fat Blast Factor? (look for it on google) It is a quick and easy way for you to shed pounds fast.
It would be a shame for you not to lose weight when these normal people do it easily using Fat Blast Furnace (go google it).

Loved it! But isnt my level yet, I coulnt finish, I ended up almost dying
Think I'm going to do this later but with some alternative moves:
1) Alternating Squat Side Kicks NOT thigh slap squats
2) Alternating Jump Kicks NOT Burpees
…wearing some 16oz boxing gloves

Hi Daniel and Kelli first of all thank you so much for all your effort and for these workouts. But I have a question. You once said , if I am not wrong, it is not healthy to do HIIT everyday. I wonder why? Because I'm doing two of your HIITs everyday. If it's not okay to do so, I am not going to do. I'll be glad if you answer 🙂
