I can't get why this hasn't as many views as the other lower body workouts, I use dumbbells and always feel like I am doing serious strength training with this, I owe my legs to this, very strong and uncomplicated.

I don't really have a barbell, but I will just use my dumbbells. I can get the same effect. This looks really brutal and effective.

im going to do this today , combining it with the kelli's booty sculpting , then hit my upper body with fuctional weight training and then the 20min six pack abs. YEEEAAAH cannot wait <3

Killer! Did Bulgarian split squats for the lunges and one legged box squats to get a lower squat, felt every bit of it!! Had to come back and say its the next day and i can barely move, hurts so good!
