I did it. But…….
I think this is probably the worst PopSugar workout I’ve ever done. The instructions were too fast and unclear.
Did not like this one. It just hurt my body. And not in a good burn way. Also found the instructor incredibly annoying.
Just did this in my hotel room – perfect workout when I don’t have my usual equipment/I’m short on time
This workout put too much strain on my wrists; had to stop prematurely
I felt rally pain in arms, shuloulders and back. Not butt…((

This was amazing! I had mild covid in september but have been struggling with lasting symptoms including extreme fatigue for months, I've always been physically active but had to give my body time to rest and heal and today I decided to try and start getting into workouts again for the first time and this was amazing for that! Such a burn, really felt all my muscles awakening without getting a headrush or dizzy! Recommend this to anyone starting to get back into working out, take it at your own pace and you'll hopefully feel powerful again!
okay, focusing ON THE SAME LEG FOR TEN MINUTES STRAIGHT is a really bad idea.
Maybe try alternating legs for workouts next time, eh? It'd be perfect then, but this way causes instant burnout.

Certainly not low impact on your wrists, if you have ANY issues with your wrists whatsoever avoid this workout at all costs!! MAJOR WRIST PAIN

I couldn't continue this workout. My shoulders hurt like hell, I barely felt anything in my glutes or legs the pain in my shoulders hurt way too much. Defintely don't do this workout if you have shoulder pain or anything close to the shoulders. Disappointed by this video.

Do you point your toe while doing the move?
I didn’t care for this workout. They had you on your hands and knees the whole time. My shoulders couldn’t handle it.
