You guys I am SO excited to be doing the 100 Ab Challenge with Kina Grannis today because not only is she an amazing singer & songwriter, but she was also in my favorite movie Crazy Rich Asians!! Ahh! She thinks I’m going easy on her by doing 100 crunches today… but TRUST ME this is gonna burn so good!!

you guys need motivation? you got this. I am a 13 year old who is trying to get her glow up before she goes back to school. if you can, go above and beyond. don't think you can do it? challenge yourself! lift your legs up to create a right angle! it burns more. if I can do 100 reps of crunches and 100 reps of elevated leg crunches, you can do this! honestly, you're gonna be so proud after 💕🥺

For some reason this was the hardest so far. I've seen comments talking about the double leg lifts being super hard but it honestly wasn't the worst. Anyway, believe in yourself y'all, you'll get there!
