This is my perfect alternative (with another Yoga Pilates blend for those days that I'm just not in the mood or a bit too sore to do an intense workout but I can still be happy that I have done some activity and it just relaxes me SO much!! This was recommended on the fitnessblender website as exercise to do while on your period and I have to say, this was really great! I've been feeling really blah, laying on the couch all day watching Netflix and this gave me a little stretch without feeling too intense, just getting a little warmth to my sore muscles. Hi Kelli the first time I found fitness blender videos on full body toning, upper and bikini body pilates, I instantly loved the variety. I am someone that gets bored easily. Also I enjoyed the fact that as narrators both you and Dan have grounded soothing vocal tone that is neither too fast nor slow. As was the white background and the calorie counter. Overall your videos have a soothing effect, yet is neither too fast nor slow, just a good pace to keep me motivated. Thank you very much. I always notice visible changes in my posture and muscle tone usually in 2-3 weeks, picking different routines on different days.
I was searching for a calm workout to get some extra energy out before bedtime, without getting to energized. This was just PERFECT. I will be coming back to this video again and again. Thank you!
Great stretch workout, doable with lower back pain. Great for building core strength to overcome back issues along with building nice tone all over.
Great when you want evening appropriate strength that won't keep you up all night!
