I was 320 lbs 10 months ago and now I am 187 lbs and I can remember this was my first 1000 calories. Now don’t get me wrong. This one was hard back in my first month. In fact when I finished this I felt so much accomplished. Now that I did this again, it didn’t felt hard but it reminded me how far I have been in this journey. I tell you guys, this workout and eating at home and healthy really works. Remember you can do anything. Just need to start. I feeel so great!

Didn’t burn anywhere near 1k calories (550 to be exact) but this is a good workout, nonetheless.
Alright I'm gonna try to record the amount of minutes I work out without stopping everytime I do this.
(For the weight excercises, I just used objects out of my house cuz I don't have any.)

It took me 1hr and 20min to complete this workout. I felt 5lbs lighter. This video is definitely great for weight lost. I like to keep my workout sessions to 1hr or less but I wanted to try this one out. It depleted me out in a good way. I loved the different moves and motions and the sequence. It was so FUN to do. Thank you FB.
