its the best work out I ever had
I didn't like this video for two reasons.
1) I understand you need revenue but why is the ad cut in the middle of a set twice! and not during a water break? It's like stopping in the middle of what you are doing. That was pretty bad
2) that curly hair woman announced she hated abs and then wouldn't sit down during the abs. She didn't do that for legs. It Was distracting and felt like she didn't want to do the exercise. I don't want to do an exercise with someone who announces that they hate the exercise and then walks around for it.

Can you please remove the ads in the middle?! I do this workout all the time and today I had 4 ads in the middle of the workouts! I get the need to make revenue but can you not just have an ad in the beginning and the end? That’s what most workouts on here are like!

Love all of the POPSUGAR workouts but what's the deal with all of the popup ads mid-rep???!! It totally takes me out of my zone. I don't notice this with any of the other 20-40 min workouts channels that I use. One would be annoying but acceptable, but there were three or four during this one.
